Recruiting Coordinator - Elite

The Elite Program is an "All Inclusive" service that includes all services at a set fee.   My primary responsibility is to guide and support student-athletes throughout the recruitment process. I work closely with coaches, potential recruits, and their families to ensure that each athlete finds the right fit for their academic and athletic aspirations. This involves organizing campus visits, conducting evaluations, creating highlight videos, and maintaining communication with prospective recruits. Additionally, I help educate athletes about NCAA regulations and eligibility requirements, ensuring they are well-prepared for the challenges of balancing academics with competitive sports.

After evaluating an athlete's ability level I will have monthly 1 on 1 sessions to work of specific skills needed at the next level.  One High School and one Travel Team Highlight Video each season.  Bench-Mark Videos are also included in this program.  My role is crucial in supporting the overall development of young athletes as they pursue their dreams in college sports. Through mentorship and strategic planning, I aim to cultivate talent and facilitate a successful transition from high school to collegiate athletics.
