Recruiting Coordinator -Guidance

The Guidance Program is a service that will guide and support a student-athletes throughout the recruitment process. I work closely with potential recruits, and their families to ensure that each athlete finds the right fit for their academic and athletic aspirations. This involves organizing campus visits, conducting evaluations, creating (1) highlight video, and maintaining communication with prospective recruits. Additionally, I help educate athletes about NCAA regulations and eligibility requirements, ensuring they are well-prepared for the challenges of balancing academics with competitive sports.

My role is crucial in supporting the overall development of young athletes as they pursue their dreams in college sports. Through mentorship and strategic planning, I aim to cultivate talent and facilitate a successful transition from high school to collegiate athletics.
